Today we hosted our very first Choreography course at our newly affiliated club Flipz Gymnastics in Ross-On-Wye!

Not only did we have the gymnasts and coaches dancing, we had a WAG level 1 running side by side!

Huge well done to the WAG Level 1 coaches who passed with flying ...colours, and to the gymnasts and coaches who took part in the Choreo course today.
