Welcome to our FAQ page, designed to help address any inquiries you may have. The questions featured here are based on common queries we receive from our community on a regular basis.

How do I sign up for an IGA Membership?

It’s incredibly straightforward. Just click on the ‘Members Portal’ in the top menu and follow the sign-up process. You’ll be required to set up an account and use your membership number as your username. Remember to securely store your username and password information since you’ll need it annually for your renewal.

My details have changed, Can I change them?

Yes, you will need to head to the members portal and log in. You will be take to the ‘My Profile’ page where you can update all details. You can add credentials, qualifications, clubs and emergency contact information.

I am moving clubs, How do I update this?

Send us an email at info@igauk.com include your full name and DOB and we can remove the old club from your profile and re-attach a new one.

What is IGA Rewards?

The IGA reward scheme provides 1,000s of discounts from over 270 top online and high street retailers. Just look at some of the fantastic deals you could get.

Making use of these couldn’t be easier through a dedicated APP on your phone which shows you where and how you can save, wherever you are.

There is a small annual enrolment fee of £5.00, but this would be recouped by spending £125.00 at your favourite supermarket, thereafter all the savings are you and your family to enjoy.

Joining IGA Rewards, is easy. As part your membership process this year, you have the option of selecting to enrol in the scheme. Simply tick the box underneath your membership selection to enrol and you’ll add the Rewards Scheme to your cart along with your membership.

A few days later you’ll receive an email advising your login details on our dedicated IGA Rewards Portal with instructions how to make best use of all of the savings.

My child has a membership, However It wouldn't let me add their sibling?

Please be sure to log in and establish a family profile. We suggest using your membership number as your username. Please note that the system won’t allow the same email address to be used twice as a username and this could be why you’re having difficulty signing up a sibling. If you require assistance with updating your username, feel free to reach out to us via email.

Are birthday parties covered?

Yes, birthday parties are now covered under the Independent Gymnastics Policy. There can be a maximum of 25 party guests, but they must be supervised as per our participant ratio information. *Trampolining birthday parties are also covered under the same rules, but are subject to a higher excess.

Are birthday parties only available to those who are currently members of IGA?

No, birthday parties can be held for non-members but there must be no more than 25 guests and must be supervised as per our participant ratio information. *Trampolining birthday parties are also covered for non-members but are subject to a higher excess.

Do you provide DBS checks?

IGA works with an organisation called DBS Services for all DBS checks. Please visit our DBS page for more information.

How often do I need to renew my DBS?

We recommend members renew their DBS certificate every 3 years. Alternatively you can register for the DBS Update Service. Please visit our DBS page for more information.

I run a club out of a Trampoline Park, can I still be covered?

Unfortunately we are unable to include Trampoline Parks in our policy, and you would not be covered.

Can a child do a trial session before becoming a member of IGA?

Those new to gymnastics are covered for 2 classes prior to full membership being needed. However extra supervision will be needed on these classes, as those attending may not be familiar with the environment or fully understand the instructions being given.
