Pure Gymnastics Based in Fulham, London has the following part-time post:

• Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Coach
• Men’s Artistic Gymnastics Coach

Salary range £18 to £25 per hour (dependent upon experience)

We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for coaches of levels 1 and 2 to join our esteemed gymnastics program, catering to both girls and boys.

If you possess a keen eye for perfection and are passionate about producing future champions, we would love to have you on board.

Your role will be pivotal in nurturing a new generation of gymnasts, requiring an inspirational, leadership-oriented approach. Essential to this role is a solid grasp of the fundamentals, including development and conditioning. Your commitment, organisation, and diligent work ethic will be the cornerstone of our development squad’s success.

Ideal Qualifications

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• A minimum of British Women’s and Men’s Artistic or FIG level 1 or 2 qualification.
• A valid DBS check will be required for the post.
• A current safeguarding certificate.
• Demonstrate experience in gymnastics or as a former gymnast.
• Assess individual abilities, strengths and weaknesses and develop/implement resultant strategies for performance improvements in line with the individuals Gymnasts Plan.
• An active British gymnastics membership.
• A full, clean driving license.
• Although not mandatory, a judging certificate would be beneficial.
• experience in planning sessions and tailoring individual development plans for gymnasts.

Role Requirements

The role requires availability on weekends, specifically Friday to Monday (4 days with hours subject to variation based on the programs’ needs).

Salary will reflect the candidate’s experience and qualifications. Initially offered as a part-time position, this position could evolve into a full-time role.
