Job Opportunity – Pure Gymnastics

Pure Gymnastics has the following coaching positions In both branches.

Widnes Holton & Prestatyn North Wales.

Women’s Artistic Gymnastics.

Hours per week 8 to 10 hours

Salary range £15 to £18 per hour (dependent upon experience)

Your role will be pivotal in nurturing a new generation of gymnasts, requiring an inspirational, leadership-oriented approach. Essential to this role is a solid grasp of the fundamentals, including development and conditioning. Your commitment, organisation, and diligent work ethic will be the cornerstone of our development squad’s success.

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• A minimum of level 1 or 2 qualification.
• A valid DBS check will be required for the post.
• A current safeguarding certificate.
• Demonstrate experience in gymnastics or as a former gymnast.
• Assess individual abilities, strengths and weaknesses and develop/implement resultant strategies for performance improvements in line with the individuals Gymnasts Plan.
• Although not mandatory, a judging certificate would be beneficial.
• experience in planning sessions and tailoring individual development plans for gymnasts.

The role requires availability on Monday, Tuesday Thursday & Friday (4 days with hours subject to variation based on the programs’ needs).

Salary will reflect the candidate’s experience and qualifications. Initially offered as a part-time position, this position could evolve into a full-time role.
