Course Description 

Upon completion of this course, you will be eligible to teach gymnastics within a school environment.

Gymnastics presents an excellent opportunity for schools to engage in sports activities, whether integrated into the existing National Curriculum or as part of after-school clubs. Throughout the course, you will acquire the necessary expertise to guide participants in enjoyable skills like rolls, leaps, and the use of various apparatus.

Emphasis will be placed on class management, effective warm-up routines, and the utmost importance of ensuring safety throughout the gymnastics sessions.

Course Attendees Must:

• Be atleast 18 years old
