Navigating JustGo

Adding IGA Members

Let’s add your IGA members to our online portal. Here at IGA, we’re here to offer support and helpful hints when adding your IGA members, so that you can become a seasoned pro. Please note when signing up it is best viewed on a desktop or iPad.

STEP BY STEP GUIDE.

STEP 1:

We strongly recommend that each participant or parent creates their own JustGo portal. This can be easily done through our website by clicking ‘Join IGA', it is vital that parents create the accounts in the child’s name and that all details are filled out accurately.

STEP 2:

Once the acocunt has been created we advise that the participant is then attached to your club. They can do directly from there profile. by clicking ‘Select Club’ in the purple box on the right hand side.

STEP 3:

Once they have their account created and the club is attached, they can either pay for their own membership, or they can give the club their membership number, and you will cover there insurance.

Who requires an account on the JustGo Portal?

The members who require an account on the portal are:

  • Coaches
  • Club Administrators
  • Welfare Officers
  • Gymnasts [All gymnasts who are competing must be on the JustGo portal]
A parent has accidentally signed up in their name and purchased membership! What should I do?

Firstly don’t panic, it’s a very simple solution, Kindly ask the parent to log in and up date their details to the child’s it’s vital they remember to update their name and DOB! They want to look out for this bright yellow button on their profile.

A member has transferred from another club to ours? What should we do?

When a gymnast or coach is transferring clubs, they can manage this themselves by removing the club they are attached to and adding yours to their profile, or you can put in a request for them by heading to your club profile and clicking transfer.

A member isn't appearing on our Portal?

It’s important that the member checks to see if they are successfully connected to your club, if they aren’t they won’t appear on your portal. Members can connect by adding there club on there profile by looking for this:

Oh No! I've got a member that has created two accounts! What should I do?

First and foremost, don’t panic! JustGo provides our team with the ability to merge accounts. Upon noticing the duplication, don’t just remove the account, contact our team at info@igauk.com and provide the name and membership numbers of the account and our team can merge all of the members information into one account.
